Murrelektronik, Inc. is looking for an Account Representative that can support our growing manufacturing facility in Suwanee, Ga.

This position is primarily responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Partner with outside sales representative to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations.
• Support outside sales network: gather and share information concerning general customer and/or order information, quotes, and general administration assistance.
• Process customer order/changes according to established department policies and procedures.
• Work closely with the Accounting Department to resolve disputed credit/debit items.
• Understand and successfully navigate through special pricing procedures and documentation on an individual customer basis while ensuring that all new and existing quote requests are processed in a timely manner.
• Create and modify quotes in SAP and maintain necessary files for all quotes that are processed.
• Answer Murrelektronik phone lines.
• Maintain filing system for all processed orders.
• Follow up on orders to ensure delivery by specified dates and request production expedites when needed.
• Performs other related duties as needed.

Required Skills:
• Strong customer orientation
• Commitment to company values
• Computer proficiency

Beneficial Skills and Experience:
• 5 years of customer service experience
• Microsoft Word & Excel
• SAP and Zoho knowledge preferred

Minimum Associates degree and/or equivalent experience preferred.
